Our 3 bedroom (sleeps 6) villa is situated in Ayia Thekla with beautiful sea views. It benefits from its own swimming pool with a sun terrace. The villa is surrounded with lawn and shrubs and has a carport for one car.

The villa accommodation comprises of fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and everyday items) dining area seating for 6 with patio doors leading to sun terrace with table and chairs, lounge with 1 sofa/ bed (double), 1 chair/bed (single), coffee table, TV with BBC Premier with sport, films etc, DVD player with selection of DVD’s and a Play Station 1with various games for the children, and a stereo system. Third bedroom with double sofa bed and patio doors leading onto pool area with bi folding doors for extra living accommodation during the day and downstairs cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Both have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and patio doors leading onto the veranda with panoramic views over the Mediterranean. There is also a bathroom with toilet, wash hand basin, bath with shower and an outside swimming pool with sun terrace, loungers, patio table, chairs, umbrella, brick-built barbeque, and gardens.
